Rob Baskin’s 40-plus years of communications experience span corporate communications, corporate marketing, media relations, account management, and public relations agency management.

His focus has been on crisis and issues management, communications strategy development, and public affairs.

Over a 15-year period, Baskin served as director of public relations and communications for Coca-Cola North America, as well as director of global media relations and director of marketing communications for The Coca-Cola Company. He also served on the Board of The Coca-Cola Foundation.

In addition to his corporate career, Baskin’s extensive public relations agency career including roles as the  Managing Director of the Atlanta offices of three leading public relations firms: Cohn & Wolfe (8 years); MSL Group (9 years); Weber Shandwick (8 years).

Throughout his career, Baskin has served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations including the Georgia Alliance for Children (where he was Board Chair), Atlanta Police Foundation, Horizon Theater, Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, Georgia Center for Nonprofits, Georgia Council on Economic Education, STEAM Sports Foundation, and the Atlanta Sports Council.

He is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a BA in political science and an MA in journalism. He and his wife have two children.
